植入第7天
今天除了很想睡覺，還是沒有什麼感覺~
看網友都說腹痛、抽痛、乳房脹痛、乳房出現白點之類的，我一個都沒有 😱
而且體溫好像降低了（沒有量基礎體溫，只是單純身體感覺），
結果google文章，發現有一種東西叫作「著床降溫」：
在體溫偏高的黃體期期間，若其中一天（通常會在排卵後第6-10天）突然出現體溫下降約0.5度的狀況，隔天又明顯升高，這個降溫現象稱之為「著床降溫」#資料來源。
一整天都坐立難安無法專心，
等一下就要去診所抽血了，真的很怕會像上次一樣胚胎不明原因停止生長 😭
我在Chrome瀏覽器裝了Plum Village 的mindfulness bell extension, 每15分鐘提醒我回到呼吸、回到當下，多少對安定心神有點幫助。

結果檢測出來hCG還可以！！數字落在正常的範圍，
寶寶有在長，但是又出現新的大魔王 😨 「腫瘤壞死因子TNF」...
這個數字應該要<4，但我驗出來25。TNF好像是一種免疫機制，以下網路資料：
分為TNF-α和TNF-β，前者由單核巨噬細胞產生；後者由活化的T細胞產生。最初對TNF功能的認識僅限於對腫瘤的特異性殺傷作用，後來發現TNF也具有免疫調節作用，而且參與某些炎症反應的過程。#資料來源
但問題是，它很兇猛，會殺死胚胎 QQ
為了降低TNF的風險，我在植入前就已經打過生物製劑復邁（Humira）
但醫生說不同品牌的生物製劑對不同病患效果會有20~30%的差異，顯然復邁對我好像比較沒有用（可惡，我打的時候超痛的TT）
總之，禮拜六應該還要再去打一劑新的藥，看能不能趕快降低TNF，好好保護胚胎 >"<
7th day
Still sleepy today~
People say they experienced dull or sharp lower belly pain, breast pain or popping while spots around their breasts. I have none of them. 😱
Besides, my body temperature seems to have dipped. It was high yesterday but feels cooler today. However, I found there’s something called “nidation temperature dip,” where the mother’s body temperature drops by 0.5 degrees Celsius due to hormone changes and then rises again the next. And it usually occurs during the 6th to 10th day after ovulation.
I’ll go to the clinic to have my blood test later this evening. The hCG level will reveal whether the implantation is successful so far… (finger crossed!!)
The result has come out!! hCG number is within the normal range, sitting at 71 on the 7th day~!
Nonetheless… there comes another demon king: Tumor Necrosis Factor! (Things are never easy TT)
It seems to be a product of the immune system, made by macrophages and activated thymus cells (T cells). TNF was first found to be able to kill tumor cells, but later later also associated with the regulation and modulation of immunity (by increasing or reducing the immune response).
The problem is…it kills the embryo QQ (when it takes the embryo as an intruder)
I already got one shot of Humira before my implantation just to mitigate the immune response risk, but Humira seems to have less effect on me. (the doctor says its effectiveness differs by 20~30% from patients.)
I’ll get another shot of another type of biologic treatment on Saturday.
